1. Suggest use high-level hydraulic oil(most parts have anti-wear additive), the viscosity guideline is 150SUS when the temperature is 100°F, please choose the oil according to the the working environment temperature. When the local temperature is above 35℃, please choose the ISO68 oil; and when the local temperature is between 10℃-35℃ ,please choose the ISO46 oil; and when the local temperature is below 10℃, please use ISO32 oil. 2. Check the oil volume every day, and confirm to keep the oil surface at the 2/3 position. If need to add oil, should use the same kind oil, after filtrating, put into the oil system. 3.When the bending machine has run for half year or a year, if the hydraulic oil is polluted or emulsification because of over-heating, first please let out the oil in the groove completely, clean, or change the filter and filtrating net, and then add the clean hydraulic oil. |
