When translators send their offers, you are notified by email.

1. It's up to you, when to close the bidding and select a translator.
2. Every translator gets rated by his former clients (and vice-versa) - you can read others' opinions before you make your choice. After the job is finished - you get to rate the translator.

   That ensures that they will try to be as professional and reliable as possible, because your rating which is published on-line is important for their future business!
